If you’re looking for a quicker way to earn a degree, we’ve got you covered. The program you select and whether you meet eligibility requirements¹ determine how you can expedite your completion time.²

Eligibility Requirements

Whether a student is eligible to take multiple courses in a term depends on three factors:

Course availability
Pre-requisite requirements
Student academic standing

Bachelor’s Programs

Must complete first term
Must have a 2.0 GPA³ to take two courses per term
Must have a 3.0 GPA³ to take three courses per term

Master’s Programs

Must have a 3.0 GPA³

Must not be enrolled in an internship course

Maximum of two courses in first term

Maximum of three courses in subsequent terms

Specialist Programs

Must have a 3.0 GPA³

Maximum of two courses in first term

Maximum of three courses in subsequent terms

Doctoral Programs

Must have a 3.0 GPA³

Maximum of two courses in first term

Maximum of three courses in subsequent terms

Maximum of one research course per term

Note: Regardless of program level, prerequisite courses may not be taken together.

Requesting Extra Courses at ACE

To be considered for taking multiple courses, current and active students may follow these simple steps:

Log into your MyACE portal.

Click “I Want To…”

Click “Change My Schedule/Program.”
